Candidatul ideal

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role;
  • Must be a confident communicator with good written and oral communication;
  • Fluent in German & English, both written and oral;
  • Problem resolution including root cause analysis;
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision and as a part of a team

  • Troubleshooting
MobileIron Management
  • iPhone/iPad comissioning
  • 2. Level Support for installation
  • Troubleshooting
  • Change-Management
  • User administration
  • Rollout
  • Troubleshooting
Microsoft clients
  • Support Windows clients (Windows 7/ Windows 10)
  • Troubleshooting
*Available to work in shifts from Monday-Friday between 08:30AM-07:00 PM
