Candidatul ideal

  • You have a proven track record of managing end to end sales processes in one of the following business sectors:
  • You have a solid technical background completed by a strong commercial awareness as well as a sound judgement and good business sense
  • You own the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and you possess a confident, determined and tenacious approach
  • You utilise excellent communication and presentation skills in order to communicate effectively and appropriately
  • You understand and follow Process Instruction and you behave in a professional manner towards your colleagues and customers at all times.
  • You give your full attention and commitment to the role during work time in order to maximise business levels and customer service
  • You are fluent in English and demonstrate proficient computer skills, especially MS Excel & PowerPoint.
  • The ability to drive safely, appropriately and legally and availability for travelling are to be expected.

Descrierea jobului

  • You will help existing and prospective regional distributors & end users in industry, automotive, marine and construction business sectors to develop their business.
  • You will present, demonstrate and sell abrasive sanding systems and you will persuade customers choosing the product or service that will best satisfy their needs.
  • You will actively develop & extend the complete product range into customer base and you will develop and motivate lead distributors to sell company’s products.
  • You will be responsible for calculating customers’ quotations, negotiate agreements and close deals.
  • You will develop end-user business and refer back to national & regional distribution and you will offer after-sales support services.
  • By coordinating the complete sales process you will administer customer accounts and pricing, analyse customer sales to prevent slippage and leakage, you prepare customer specific reports and provide training and support for customer end users.
  • You are supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • You make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet customer needs
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
