The Technical Advisor provides technical and analytical pre-sales support of office and production products, solutions and services as well as support requests from Europe direct and indirect sales team.
• Effectively converse with customers using proper telephone etiquette and good listening skills.
• Effectively communicate technical information to get Sales inquiries answered in the most efficient manner.
• Have the ability to conduct thorough research and provide documented evidence supporting a recommended solution
• Extremely proficient with all Microsoft operating systems and applications
• High level of interpersonal and interactive oral and written communication skills in German
• Ability to work in a virtual team environment
• Familiarity with using a ticketing system would be an asset
