Technical Advisor with French and English
So, what’s the role all about?
Handling Clients’ Technical requests via phone or chat
Handling software applications issues
Setting case priority depending on the clients needs
Providing relevant solutions through established procedures
Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction
Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
Fluency in both French (B2/C1) and English (B1/B2)
Basic technical skills and follows the IT trends
Excellent communication skills
Research-and-analyze approach to solving problems
Strong interest in developing into a fresh new challenge
