  • You have at least 3-5 years of Team Leading experience in Customer Service Center;
  • You have very good organizational skills and independence in decision-making;
  • Above average analytical skills;
  • Commitment, initiative, leadership skills;
  • You’re a fluent Polish speaker and can communicate in English at a professional level;
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel);
  • You have trained call center agents in best practices and know the most efficient way to assist with call center operations;
  • You have strong interpersonal skills – you motivate those around you and especially your team;
  • You’re analytical and KPI driven. You love to work with numbers and are detail oriented and exact.

  • Supervising a team of Customer Service Associate:
  • Support escalations when needed
  • Managing the day to day delivery of great customer service.
  • Coaching and developing the team.
  • Delivering its customer service metrics.
  • Scheduling the team and its workflow to ensure efficient and timely delivery of a great customer experience.
  • Able to set a clear direction for the function and the team that aligns with the business goals•
  • Delivering performing reports when needed
  • Plan and facilitate weekly (as required) team calls/meetings. May present and facilitate at group meetings and new hire integrations; may develop presentation content
  • Develop and implement a corresponding plan of action to bring the situation to resolution Communicate changes to direct manager and assist other team leads with resolutions, as needed.
