Requirements:
- Proficient English level (C1) for both speaking and writing
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a BPO / Call Center environment
- Previous work experience in a Technical account
- Good attitude, motivation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to details and active listening skills
- Availability for a full-time job on a Work-from-Office model in Bucharest
- Availability to work full-time, in shifts covering Monday-Friday, 8:00 - 22:00 (with the possibility for the schedule to be extended to Saturday as well)

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the assigned team
- Stimulate the team using motivational techniques in order to maintain the quality standards required by the account
- Implement action plans
- Look for continuous improvement solutions
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration
- Provide coaching and feedback to the team members
