Team Leader Accounts Payable (Fixed Term) (214649)

• Coordinate Invoice Processing for the Swedish Team, responsible for the monitoring and leading an assigned Accounts Payable team
• Ensure the understanding and compliant service delivery across company of agreed policies and procedures
• Resolve customer queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes as specified by relevant service level agreements and escalating queries and complaints (1st level of escalation)
• Support team members to achieve performance and quality standards as defined in relevant service level agreements
• Role model for service orientation and service culture, provide technical and process guidance and support to the team members as required
