What will you do exactly:
  • The Accounting team leader will be responsible for a team working in accounting for our clients from the Nordic countries as well as other related daily operations.
  • Take a lead role in planning, coordinating and facilitating projects through their completion
  • Deal with more complex customer enquiries and is responsible of problem solving
  • Ensure that general enquiries and both routine and ad-hoc related activities are actioned within the deadline
  • Organize employees' daily working time by distributing tasks and monitor the loading of each team member on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Prepare and discuss periodic performance evaluations with team members in accordance with company policy
  • Responsible for initiating new activities within the project
  • Collaborate with the HR department in planning and implementing training activities within the team.
