Candidatul ideal

Are you the one?

  • You have 3+ years of leadership experience and you enjoy coaching, training and supporting everyone in the team;
  • 4+ years’ experience in operations and sales or account management;
  • Strong understanding of the industry: in particular B2B operations;
  • Background in hospitality, e-commerce;
  • Willing to travel regularly (including a valid Drivers Licence);
  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in a relevant field ;
  • Fluency in both Romanian and English language;
  • Ability to make key business decisions and work independently.

What you will do:
We’re always looking to spice up life for our customers. You’ll get to play a big part in that, implementing great seasonal campaigns. You’re also tasked with helping manage our relationships with new – and key – partners and promoting the brand.

As our Account Management Team Lead, your research strategies and insights will add the right flavor to our operations. Conducting competitor research, you will be able to locate vital data and report your insights to both colleagues and restaurant owners.

Along with your team, you’re responsible for helping us hit commercial and financial targets. As someone with an industry background and strong knowledge of our competitors in Romania, you’ll identify areas where we can make commercial and operational improvements.

Enjoy being in a managerial position? In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and develop a small but very talented team. In addition to helping recruit and train new staff, we’re counting on you to mentor the Partner Services team: developing their skills and giving feedback via appraisals.
