We’re looking for:
  • Previous recruitment experience (min 3 years) in software/IT industry
  • Excellent communications skills with strong writing and editing ability (Romanian and English, min B2 level).
  • ATS experience
  • A high level of autonomy and initiative.
  • Strong networking skills (face to face and in writing).
  • Proven time management skills including the ability to prioritize tasks, fast decision making and working with tight deadlines.
  • Proactivity, creativity and dynamic personality

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the process of finding, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Meeting with hiring managers to define the requirements for vacant positions and the strategy to fill them in.
  • Researching for candidates online and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Matching the right person to the right position.
  • Sending job offers and negotiating terms of hire to potential candidates
  • Research and implement new ways of sourcing / attracting Candidates​
  • Partnering with the department/other Recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process​
  • Participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs
  • Identify relevant industry events and participate in them with the purpose of strengthening Whyttest’s employer brand. Organize events to meet potential candidates or collaborators.
