System Administrator part-time

Client Description:

Adecco Romania is looking for its client, a multinational ride-hailing company, to find candidates for the position of System Administrator.

Responsibilities:

-Provide application support and technical assistance to users on all BAU matters including but not limited to software/app installation, configuration and troubleshooting;

-Maintain and monitor internet connectivity on performance related issues;

-Assess risks related to data security, programs and equipment;

-Create user accounts for new joiners, conduct IT onboarding, termination for leavers, support on password reset and unlocking of user accounts;

-Liaise with vendors related to IT assets. Collaborate with IT Systems, IT Network and other teams to perform testing and support the roll out of new project implementation or deployment.

Candidate Profile:

-College engineering degree;

-Familiar with macOS and Windows support that includes installation, configuration and troubleshooting of OS related issues;

-Basic knowledge on hardware and peripherals troubleshooting;

-Good English communication skills (reading and writing);

-Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal.
