  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Fluent English;
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) with end users;
  • Basic knowledge of multidimensional databases;
  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing;
  • Basic knowledge of Linux/UNIX systems;
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, multinational environment;
  • Analytical skills.

Nice to have:
  • 1 year+ experience in a similar field;
  • Experience with customer care;
  • Experience with ticketing platforms (Salesforce, JIRA, etc.);
  • Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.);
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferred Microsoft Azure).
  • Basic knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, VPN, SFTP, HTTP(s), DNS, SMTP, Proxy, etc.);

Your Role:
  • Provide technical assistance to our customers;
  • Respond to incidents;
  • Perform software troubleshooting;
  • Document and solve application issues;
  • Apply internal practices and procedures to our services in order to keep the SLA met;
  • Work in close contact with the other teams (2nd and 3rd level Support, SRE).

Who we are:

We are a team of software engineers based in Bucharest. Our company puts emphasis on developing our people, the right way. Yalos will invest into your training and will help your professional career to grow.
We’ve been working in close contact for years with our partner, Jedox. They provide a highly acclaimed business intelligence solution for companies all around the world, for which we provide cloud infrastructure and technical support.

Your focus will be placed on technical support for Jedox software.
This position implies working in 12 hour-shifts (24x7) with 4-5 days off in between.
Night and weekend working hours have differentiated pay (25%).
The working schedule is 07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00 (during training you will work 8 hours/day, from 09:00 to 18:00).
