Candidatul ideal

  • Academic degree in Business/ Law or technical disciplines or equivalent work experience in purchasing area
  • Job-related international experience
  • Well versed in presentation techniques and an experienced communicator
  • English: fluent in spoken and written
  • Legal knowledge and contracting experience
  • 5-8 years previous experience in Procurement/ Contracting
  • Knowledge of MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power point)
  • Ability to understand and analyze legal documents
  • Negotiation skills and in-depth understanding of commercial aspects
  • Willingness to travel to Germany on a regular basis

Descrierea jobului

  • Support RFP´s for projects above 250k EUR (end-to-.end from preparation to contracting)
  • Contracting/ negotiation for non-RFP requests (below 250k and above 250k with bid waiver, extensions)
  • Vendor performance evaluation - Conduct and analyze Project Evaluations - Introduce annual supplier meetings to measure quality/performance
  • Support for vendor consolidation RFP/ execution, negotiation, roll out, implementation
  • Tender support- Risk management (Vendor integrity screenings, credit checks, etc.)
  • Market analysis data gathering- to provide market insights to business, trends on category to feed into category/ dossier strategy
  • Savings calculation and tracking- spend data gathering ( local, global per category, based on invoices, based on tools, based on vendor)
  • Reporting (spend reports, supplier dossiers, global contract coverage ratio, savings report, etc.)
  • Identify and drive standardization, pooling of demand and process optimization potentials across OEs to best leverage Allianz purchasing power
  • Conduct market research, benchmarks, market monitoring and analyses and facilitate purchasing models
  • Manage and control complex sourcing projects (RfQs, RfIs,...) for respective category, coordinating the respective stakeholders (E.g. manage sourcing projects could mean: TCO/ROI calculations, base lining, escalations, prepare management decisions, implementation, communication/information, alignment with purchasing procedures and policies, etc.)
