Job Objective:
In order to achieve the sales target and the indicators established by the sales department (SD), she/he coordinates all the operations of the store she/he is in charge of, acting as store manager, being directly in charge of the sales, incoming payments, merchandise stock, fixed assets and inventory items, and the team subordinated to her/him.

Main Duties:
  • She/he ensures the integrity of the store.
  • She/he informs SD upon completion of each receipt for possible differences (surplus - deficit).
  • She/he is responsible for the safety of the merchandise stock, and for the preparation of the legal documents regarding the store merchandise inputs/outputs, such as: invoices, approvals, NIR, fiscal receipt or other documents required under the law. She/he coordinates periodical inventorying required by the company and makes sure of the accuracy of recorded results.
  • She/he is in charge of the operations on the cash register and incoming payments, according to the procedures transmitted by accounting department. She/he coordinates the deposit of incoming payments in the bank and informs the accounting department of any problem occurred. She/he coordinates the store’s activity in accordance with the financial and accounting standards specific to company, keeping accurate and updated record of all legal documents according to the procedures communicated by Roperos.
  • She/he is in charge of the adequate implementation and communication of the activities and campaigns planned by the sales and marketing department.
  • She/he ensures that the team of the store promotes the products in the best possible way and in accordance with the corporate guidelines.
  • She/he chooses in collaboration with the SD and the HR Department the staff of the store.
  • She/he suggests possible upgrading, removal or replacement of members of the group.
  • She/he trains the staff in accordance with the rules of the company.
  • She/he is responsible for the health and safety of staff according to the law and corporate guidelines.

Her/his qualifications:
  • High school graduate
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Previous experience of 2 years in similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft programs
  • Organizational thinking
