  • Education: Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics; Finance/Accountancy or equivalent is preferred;
  • At least 4 years general accounting or accounts payable - related work experience;
  • Experience with ERP Systems (Oracle preferred);
  • Excel and good analytical skills and attention to details;

As Accounting Specialist in our Financial Shared Service, you will be delivering first class accounting services to our internal clients and you will work in a dynamic team with high focus on personal development with challenging, varied tasks and responsibility from the outset.
The Accounting Specialist will be producing the picture of the business through Financial Statements using your accounting knowledge. This role ensures a smooth running of General Ledger through strong coordination with all finance related activities including Management Accounts, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Book.


  • Prepares of monthly schedules/reports relating to month end and coordinates the month end activities;
  • Preparation of Balance sheet reporting package for review and sign off of Management;
  • Preparation of Financial Statements and in time submission to the Consolidation team;
  • Coordinate all activities related to Intercompany Accounts Receivable/Payable monthly;
  • Preparation of necessary standard and recurring journal entries as well as posting all approved journals;
  • Preparation of invoice requests of all recharges;
  • Leading general accounting preparatory activities for month-end closing;
  • Coordination of Intercompany Receivables and Payables settlement;
  • Preparation and initial review of the financial results and initiating necessary corrective actions;
  • Prepares of VAT, EC Sales & Intrastat Reports for submission to Tax Authorities;
  • Responsible with implementing new accounting process for his/her assigned country as per the Team Leader indications;
  • Assisting with various projects and Implementations as and when required;
  • Responsible with reporting any system issues and follow up a resolution with IT department;
  • Providing cover and support to other members of the team as and when required;
  • Ensures that any activity, task and responsibility required by role in terms of Export Compliance, Import Compliance, EU Arrivals and Despatching is managed and performed in full compliance with the Company International Trade Compliance Regulation certification program itself;
  • Other related duties which may be assigned by immediate superior.
