The Sponsorship & Exhibit Sales Representative is responsible for the allocated clients portfolio and the sales target achievements by targeting various local and international companies, organizations and associations. The Representative creates mains packages according to client specification.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• A college degree is required; at least three (3) years prior related work experience in sales, event planning and/or customer service is required; Meetings industry experience is strongly preferred.

SUCCESS FACTORS/JOB COMPETENCIES:
• Exceptional sales skills-the individual prospects customers, explain SHARE Forums; value and features and closes sales on the telephone or face-to-face;
• Excellent interpersonal skills— the individual has the ability to work with minimal supervision in a professional, courteous manner while demonstrating diplomacy, tact, and discretion;
• Excellent oral communication—the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations has the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from SHARE Forums, company employees, customers, and the general public;
• Creative thinker understands marketing and can think strategically for clients needs;
• Project management and/or sales support experience a plus; is able to organize a project scope, timelines and manage deliverables;
• Proficient in PPT and Excel; ability to compile proposal decks (general or custom);
• Assist in preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities;
• Maintain knowledge of event timelines and sponsorship deadlines;
• Attend each event from set-up and break-down; RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Uses communication by phone, electronic and written correspondence and face-to-face meetings as
tools in order to reach and exceed the budgeted sponsorship target for each event;
• Research and develop a list of potential partners for each event;
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients;
• Keep precise records of conversations with all existing clients;
• Update the company database as required;
• Coordinate various services for clients;
