Candidatul Ideal
— University degree;
— Experience in supply chain and process optimization;
— Knowledge / understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement frameworks;
— PC operating skills – MS Office;
— Fluent in English (German is an advantage);
— Problem solving abilities and good change management mindset;
— Self-starter, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
— Good analytical skills and knowledge of analysing methods and tools;

— Analyze existing shopfloor supply chain processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity, cost efficiency, and reliability;
— Apply lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement frameworks to optimize material flow and minimize waste;
— Analyze current material flow processes and identify areas for automation and cost reduction;
— Lead the implementation of AGVs, AMRs, conveyors, and other automation solutions for material handling;
— Ensure correct and efficient use of the WMS (warehouse management system) by training users and providing ongoing support;
— Assist in the development of reporting tools and dashboards for warehouse performance tracking.
