The STS team assists with all phases of Customer’s go-to-market (e.g., pre-sales, implementation and post-sales activities)
Documentation of Configuration, deployment process
Develop roles and responsibilities document for client service delivery
Develop and implement client training strategy, Conduct client trainings
Deploy different solutions and applications as appropriate
Network configuration, Set up authentication (AAA)
Install and configure print drivers, Set up applicable security servicesHelpdesk Integration
