Software Engineer (assistance onshore/offshore)

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in software development for Siemens and Beckhoff PLC (OMRON also).
• Good knowledge of electrical systems and instruments, and eventually safety regulations.
• Ability to independently tackle complex projects with strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability for frequent international travel.
• Good communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the English language (spoken and written).
• Availability to travel and work in offshore ambient.

Work Location: Aricestii Rahtivani, Prahova County, Romania

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Engineer for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate must have experience with Siemens and Beckhoff PLC, programming side and as well as electrical knowledge, to contribute to innovative and challenging projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Verify, Interpretate and slightly modify the program of industrial automation systems using the most Siemens and Beckhoff PLC.
• Management and resolution of technical issues at both the electrical and software levels.
• Technical support during testing and installation in our premises and vessels all around the world.
• Frequent travel for customer support, installations, and maintenance at various locations.
