SNR Project Manager

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., Installations for Construction).

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the construction industry, specifically on large-scale, complex projects.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, preferably representing the developer or investor side.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, technical regulations, budgeting, and project planning tools.

• Lead and coordinate all project activities to achieve defined objectives, ensuring alignment with quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with the general design concept and tenant/client requirements, while securing necessary internal and external resources.
• Manage and control project budgets in line with company financial procedures and targets.
• Identify and develop opportunities for continuous project improvement and value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate construction execution by supervising technical teams, contractors, and consultants, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and partners.
• Monitor project progress against key milestones; prepare and present regular status reports to the Regional Construction Director and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-departmental communication by organising regular coordination meetings and ensuring project information is shared efficiently.
• Proactively address project-related issues and escalate unresolved matters to senior management promptly.
• Ensure accurate and complete archiving of all project documentation following company standards.
• Support and implement directives from senior management that align with company strategy, while adhering to legal, technical, and best practice standards.
• Continuously seek ways to improve project workflows and delivery efficiency.
• Evaluate project impact and communicate key outcomes to internal leadership, financial stakeholders, and external partners.
• Define roles and responsibilities for team members per the organisational structure and job descriptions.
• Manage and oversee contractors, consultants, and other external parties to ensure accountability and performance.
• Simultaneously manage multiple construction projects, ensuring consistent execution across all assigned developments.
