Descrierea jobului
Coordonarea zilnică a lucrărilor din șantier și asigurarea respectării proiectului tehnic;
Supravegherea activității echipelor și a subcontractorilor;
Monitorizarea progresului lucrărilor în raport cu graficul de execuție;
Asigurarea respectării normelor de calitate, SSM și PSI;
Colaborarea strânsă cu Project Managerul, proiectanții și beneficiarul;
Întocmirea documentației de șantier: procese-verbale, situații de lucrări, rapoarte de progres.
Profilul candidatului ideal:
Studii superioare finalizate în domeniul construcțiilor civile;
Minimum 3 ani experiență în rol similar, în proiecte rezidențiale sau hoteliere;
Cunoștințe solide despre etapele de execuție, norme de calitate și legislație în construcții;
Abilități excelente de planificare, organizare și coordonare a echipelor;
Capacitatea de a gestiona relația cu beneficiarul, proiectantul, dirigintele de șantier și autoritățile;
Bune competențe digitale: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD (avantaj: PlanRadar sau DocuWare);
Permis de conducere categoria B; disponibilitate pentru lucru în șantier.
