Service Desk Representative

• Customer service skills
• Dynamism and reactivity;
• Availability to work from home;
• Availability to work during nights and weekends (not on normal business hours);
• Previous experience in customer service would be a plus;
• Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office;
• Ability to read, write and communicate in French (Advanced Level);
• Strong team-player;
• Well organized and ability to pay close attention to details and prioritize the right things at the right time;
• Good communication skills.

As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
• Inbound and outbound calls;
• Taking over the personnel requests from the clients in the medical field, finding the right candidates in our database and sending them on a mission to the client;
• Sending notifications and information notes to colleagues in France in the form of emails;
• Our service is an emergency service and requires a high degree of reactivity on the part of our employees.
