SEO Specialist

• Is constantly in the loop with the latest updates in the SEO world;
• Is a digital marketing fanatic, able to create & understand SEO strategies;
• Is proactive, results-driven, has ownership and accountability for his actions;
• Is easy to collaborate with and has good communication skills;
• Has basic understanding of one or more of HTML, CSS, Javascript;
• Knows how to analyze website performance reports such as Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, GTMetrix;
• Experience with content management and SEO implementations on WordPress and Magento;
• Has previous experience of working in a digital marketing agency.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Constantly updated with the latest SEO news and trends;
• Comprehending the roles that UX, mobile, quality content have in consolidating a good organic presence;
• Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and familiar with tools such as Screaming Frog, SERanking, Ahrefs, and Google Data Studio;
• Good knowledge of working with Google Sheets, Google Slides and Google Docs, or the Microsoft Office suite;
• English proficiency in writing, understanding, and speaking.

• Has experience with ASO and mobile apps reporting (Google Play Console, App Store, Firebase, GA4, Mixpanel, or others).

• Conducts technical and on-site SEO audits and creates actionable recommendations;
• Conducts keywords research used for the improvement of existing content or finding new content opportunities;
• Creates SEO strategies for new and existing customers, proposes realistic KPIs, creates traffic forecasts, and contributes to the client recruitment process;
• Identifies technical and on-site SEO optimizations for websites and implements or suggests best practices for presentation and e-commerce websites;
• Analyzes the off-site SEO presence and creates opportunities for link building;
• Monitors data in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, SERAnking, identifies trends and creates action plans based on the insights;
• Identifies and monitors SERP competitors, proposes new opportunities for growth in search visibility;
• Collaborates with the content writing department by giving SEO orientated directions;
• Oversees website launches and migrations to ensure the correct SEO implementations are set, from pre-launch to post-launch, creates websites structures based on competition and keyword research;
• Monitors Google updates, makes predictions, identifies trends, and comes up with new proposals to help the organic performances of websites;
• Creates insightful reports in Google Data Studio.
