We are looking for a Senior Testing & Support Engineer Level 2 to provide assistance to internal users for the IT applications used within the IT COMMON Dev/Op Department.
Requirements:
- Experience in software testing is mandatory;
- Knowledge of SQL scripting is mandatory;
- Knowledge of application development using JavaScript is an advantage;
- Knowledge of web server and/or database administration is an advantage;
- English language skills – intermediate to advanced level;
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Performing functional testing;
- Supporting the creation of test scenarios and diagnosing complex issues;
- Investigating software-related incidents and problems, including at the operating system and/or database level;
- Providing support to internal users for insurance applications;
- Escalating complex incidents to the Level 3 support team.
