Candidatul ideal


  • BA/BS or equivalent working experience
  • Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Proficient in sales operations and CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce etc) and integrating those systems with other technologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable but with excellent communications and presentation skills, along with the desire to improve and automate processes.

The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for leading CRM initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives. Responsibilities will include internal support for the sales team globally, including data analysis of our contacts and managing both technical and functional activities like tools setup, process automation and scalability. The Sales Operations Specialist will also be responsible for users on-boarding, troubleshooting and resolving CRM-related support issues.


  • “Our Network” marketing program management, cross-BU knowledge sharing, list building management and reporting
  • Act as an internal CRM Customer Success team to always improve and enhance user’s experience within our CRM system
  • Responsible for new joiners trainings and handling troubleshooting requests from CRM users
  • Oversee the overall CRM activities working closely with the Marketing Database Specialist to ensure quality and timely results
  • Segment and analyze prospect database to target campaigns
  • Research, assess and implement new features to simplify existing processes
  • Provide continuous support regarding the PID process
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
  • Improve data quality by monitoring our database performance; evaluating and resolving processing and workflow problems
  • Assesses database performance by developing a protocol for measurement of results and identification of problem areas. Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities that detail their effectiveness and business impact
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales team performance
  • Social Selling and LinkedIn focused social media activities to increase the brand awareness and LinkedIn usage among our Sales team users.
