Senior Recruiter

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience in recruitment in Romania
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks to meet established deadlines
• Advanced English language skills, another language such as French or Spanish is a big plus
• Good knowledge of MS office

Your new role
The role is responsible for managing the full life cycle recruiting process for roles in Romania.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from job posting through the offer
• Partner with hiring managers to identify requirements and understand ideal candidate profiles prior to starting the recruitment process
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for attracting and recruiting top talent, finding the best ways to build a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates
• Establishing and maintaining real connections with candidates during the entire recruitment process and beyond
• Coordinate the interviewing process, using various interviewing best practices: structured interviews, behavioral questions etc.
• Support the induction process of the new employees
• Identify weaknesses in the recruitment process and provide recommendations for improvement, when the case
