Field: International trading (back-office operations)
Location: Bucharest
Job type: Full time

- Drafting purchase/selling contracts for approval
- Tracking contract execution
- Results analysis and reporting
- Coordination with the other team members, as well as with the financial and logistics department
- Prepare, complete and follow-up chartering contracts
- Customer complaints management
- Supervises the activity of the other supply chain officers. When necessary, supports and instructs on the proper management of trading activity, including staff training
- When requested, oversees that information reported by the supply chain team is accurate and provider on time.
- Follows up market developments and the competition.

- Economical or/and technical background needed
- Experience in industry, logistics and long-term supply chain operations is an advantage
- Experience in the following industries may be an advantage: cement, grains, wood, quarry materials, fertilizers, international commoditity trading etc
- Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office)
- Advanced English knowledge.
