A Senior Learning & Development Specialist is now required to bring additional expertise, energy and sophistication within the existing Learning & Development team in TELUS International Romania.

The successful candidate will report to the Learning & Development Manager and will be involved in all Learning & Development initiatives as we strive to support our growing business in both Bucharest and Craiova sites.

This is an excellent development opportunity for an individual who already possesses strong facilitation and consulting skills and wishes to further develop their career as part of a global team in a multinational fast-paced company, with a culture that nurtures team member development.

On this role, you would:

  • Support the delivery of the L&D priorities for 2019 and beyond
  • Establish and maintain meaningful, collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues in the Global Learning Excellence team
  • Build relationships and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and leaders at all levels across all business areas
  • Establish and maintain a solid understanding of the L&D curricula and its relation to the development needs of the organization
  • Take ownership of the implementation of specific global projects and/or the launch of new learning initiatives as part of the Global Learning Excellence strategy
  • Deliver already established learning programs and support the L&D Manager in the leadership development area for the entire organization
  • Identify local development needs and address them through effective learning interventions
  • Responsible for the scheduling and resource management of all L&D initiatives that are in scope for the role
  • Build intelligent reporting on learning and development interventions and communicate regularly to the business on training completion and effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications
  • 3-5 years industry experience in Learning & Development
  • 1-3 years of previous people management experience
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Deep understanding of the BPO industry
  • Experience with coaching desirable
  • Passionate about learning, development & growth
  • CIPD or other professional degree is a plus
