Candidatul Ideal

- University Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting;
- Professional qualifications in accountancy (Certified Accountant) is an advantage;
- +10 years experiences in the accounting/finance, with +5 years experience in a similar or relevant role in banking and/or financial institution;
- Understanding of banking/IFN activity and of credit/lending activities;
- Sound knowledge of IFRS, RAS and Romanian taxation;
- Previous experience with IFRS conversion process is a strong advantage;
- Project management skills and sound financial modelling experience preferred;
- Business English fluently;
- Excellent proficiency with MS (Excel and PowerPoint) and strong presentation skills;
- Intrapreneurial mind-set;
- Strong ability at interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to efficiently coordinate people and effectively share resources across various business functions;
- High attention to detail, motivation to structure and organize data.

- Responsible for the management of daily accounting activities;
- Responsible for the preparation and reporting of RAS' and IFRS' financial statements;
- Managing the preparation of NBR' reporting and reporting to other relevant authorities;
- Responsible for the IFRS implementation and for managing the conversion process from RAS to IFRS;
- Ensuring compliance with NBR regulations and other relevant legislation;
- Responsible for the tax and fiscal management of the company;
- Responsible for the preparation of the annual budget and monitor and reporting on performance against budget;
- Responsible for the preparation of various MIS periodical reporting;
- Evaluating from accounting, financial & fiscal the impact of potential business decisions (e.g. new products, products changes, new business lines);
- Responsible for managing, overseeing and building external partnerships with auditors, regulators, etc.;
- Providing support from financial point of view all the institution's projects and initiatives;
- Drafting, designing and updating the accounting policies when necessary.
