Booking of fiscal invoices, sponsorship contracts according with the legal requirements
Contribute to preparation and submission of VAT tax returns
Preparation and submission of other fiscal declarations
Preparation and submission of the statistical reports requested by NBR, NSI
Raise inter-company cross charge invoices, record and reconcile with the counter company records, raise other sale invoices
Create asset codes in SAP, run and post monthly depreciation
Performs the balance sheet account reconciliations (fixed assets, accruals, inventory, ICO transactions, etc)
Support local month-end close process for corporate & statutory books
Prepare monthly internal financial controls
Contribution to the year-end financial statements’ preparation, income tax calculation, TP documentation, in compliance with Romanian statutory accounting, providing supporting documentation for audit purposes.
Support any other audits as applicable and fiscal inspections
Ensure compliance with local accounting principles and tax laws for all transactions
Participate in the annual inventory process
Contribute to entity projects where accounting expertise is required
