Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training;
1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Secretary would be advantageous;
Advanced proficiency in managing documents;
Ability to liaise internally and externally on administrative matters;

Proficiency in appointment scheduling and call forwarding systems;

Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals;
Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email;
Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings;
Perform administrative tasks, monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements;
Proven of excellent verbal and written communication skills, being able to communicate essential concepts to people of all levels;
A proactive and flexible person;
Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
Fluency in English;
Computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Internet);
Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings and events;
Assisting with copying, scanning, emailing, note-taking, archiving documents and travel bookings.
