SAP maintenance planner
Completed higher technical education or university degree
Several years of professional experience in a similar position
Strong organizational skills, leadership and communication skills
Independent working style and high commitment
IT highly skills of common MS-Office programs
Mother tongue Romanian, very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Excellent organizational, communication, teamwork, as well as management skills are required.Appreciated qualifications:
Work experience in maintenance management, materials management, production planning.
Demonstrated ERP knowledge.
Preferred candidate will have used SAP in the performance of maintenance planning
Able to read and understand all technical drawings and documentation associated with production equipment.
Work and interact effectively as a team member
Demonstrate the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.
Effectively organize work while balancing competing priorities.
Provide support for planning, scheduling and execution of all work orders in the plant
Preparation of the work for the service day and the annual revision.
Inspect sites and equipment to scope and plan new and ongoing maintenance work.
Analyse maintenance and equipment specifications to determine repair process, repair parts requirement, and parts availability.
Identify root causes in machine failures and work with other department personnel to identify it. Provide constructive feedback to co-workers.
Creating maintenance reports regarding downtime and repetitive failure. Develop improvements plans and KPI’s.
Order parts, supplies, materials, and inventory to ensure activities can proceed.
Manage delivery dates of components in SAP.
Schedules workflow for maintenance departments in accordance with scheduled and planned production and lead times.
Releases work orders and distributes procedures to maintenance personnel to meet equipment specifications, parts availability, and coordination with production schedules.
Preparation and control of work like, lubrication, cleaning, sawblade change, for the production employee
Oversee maintenance workers and evaluating completion.
Confer with department supervisors and production managers to determine status of work orders according to planned timetable
Plan and prepare maintenance plans and services, identify benchmarks for reliability and safety.
Create the plan for automatically work orders, define the interval and the needed parts for this work orders
Collect the documentation for the technical places and storage it in the system and update this data when some changes on the technical places Technical documentation may include BOM, PM procedures, OEM manuals and drawings
Continually updating maintenance plans to ensure necessary changes or improvements are incorporated, and efficiencies are captured
Control the work orders, timetable, cost centres, order species
Track work performance and interact in the department meetings by leading discussions on maintenance priorities and KPIs.
Participate in daily production meetings.
Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned.
