The role will be part of Compressor Technique Equipment Sales Department and will report to National Sales Manager.
Working in sells department of Compressor Technique (CT) Business Area you will be supporting Sales Manager with the development and implementation of territory management, marketing actions and tools, aiming to reinforce the generation of more sales leads. Another important aspect of the role is company’s communication activities planning and implementation, the support of marketing campaigns from administration perspective and the sales' events organization and coordination.

Day to day you will make a difference by...
Provide practical support for the sales operation on a daily basis to Sales Engineer’s team, ensuring that they are all equipped with the necessary data and reports, aiming to reinforce the generation of sales leads;
Provide focused sales and campaign support both to direct and indirect channels;
Work with and support the National Sales Manager & Regional Marketing & Communication Manager in developing Communication strategies related to country’s marketing and sales activities;
Check the portals periodically to assess any new information relative to the business opportunities. Organize the opportunities as per product segment and geographical area and send them to the Sales Engineer’s team and distributors as leads through CRM System;
Manage and coordinate specific projects like Customers/ Distributors opinion surveys, follow up results, implementation of action plans;

The person we are looking for has…
Prior work experience in sales support (ideally with an engineering background) of up to 4 years;
Experienced in B2B communications (2-4 years);
Interest for developing a career in field sales of industrial equipment;
Very good knowledge of English language, of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point) and desire to learn new systems;
Strong customer focus, pro-active and results oriented approach with business understanding;

Ability to solve daily issues in a structured and practical way and to drive actions into positive end;
Organization and time management skills.
