The Sales Support Assistant shall provide the first level of support to Sales Managers. Sales Support Assistant deals with a broad range of topics including number of activities in SalesForce.com, Pipeline Hygiene, General Support to Account Manager related to administrative, organizational and documentational spheres, plays key role in collaboration with Customer Care, Financial Control and Business Finance teams and other related Function. The Sales Support Assistant shall be responsible for ensuring the Sales systems are up to date and accurate with respect to the projects and related data.

  • SFDC Support:
    • Regulatory requests, Self-Service (Kerry Specs, Customer Special Specs & Request, SDS , Certificates)
    • Quote requests, entry, tracking & feedback in cooperation with Business Finance
    • Sample requests, entry, tracking & feedback
    • Opportunity creation (Renewal &pricing + in occasions EUM OPP)
    • NPI Process
    • Contact & account creation and maintenance in the system
  • Pipeline Hygiene:
    • Coordinate pipeline meetings
    • Follow- up Past close date, on hold Opp
    • Update next steps, %, Stage
    • Knowledge of Ongoing projects
  • General Support To Account Manager:
    • Cover when travelling
    • Co-ordinate team meetings, customer visits and other related activities
    • New Wins tracking
    • Administrative, organizational and documentational support
  • Front office to Middle office bridge:
    • Close cooperation with Customer Care on various questions
    • Credit control in collaboration with Financial Control team
