	previous experience as a sales manager, lead or senior sales specialist, project assistance or other comparable experience
	common understanding of software projects
	ability to communicate inside and outside of the organization in the most adequate way
	good verbal and written communication skills in your region specific language and English
	ability to achieve excellent results on a timely fashion, taking responsibilities, even when working under pressure
	superior organizational skills as well as a target-oriented and pro-active way of thinking and bringing forward new and creative ideas
	strong IT affinity and a profound MS Office knowledge; previous experience with EB tools is a plus
	high degree of service orientation (customer oriented)
	excellent communication skills and team player
	ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters as needed

	self-driven and creative in conducting tasks in your area of responsibility

	joining a team that creates all quotes towards the customer
	execution of the quote process so it complies with the sales processes
	planning and tracking the process execution within the team as well as escalate in case deadlines are at risk
	collaborating with members of other teams so that the required quality standards are respected
	representing Quotation Back-Office as internal sales service organization in your region
	creating, providing and maintaining data for Quotation Back-Office KPIs to the Management and other related departments
	supporting the Team Manager and the team members
	contributing continuously to improve effectiveness of the internal quote process and overall sales process
	supporting introduction and improvement of used tools and templates in your region

	Experience in international markets is a plus
