Candidatul Ideal

Education and experience:
  • Secondary or higher education
  • At least 3 years experience in sales
  • Automotive background would be a strong asset

Saint-Gobain Sekurit AGR Romania is recruiting for the position of Sales Representative, whose role is to grow our products on Romanian automotive aftermarket by developing relationships with existing clients and identifying potential new clients, while achieving sales objectives in terms of quantity, quality, and value.

The role is operationally managed by the Hungarian business unit and is expected to be mobile for at least one trip to Budapest per month.

Main responsabilities:
  • Offer professional consultancy to our business partners (fitters, spare parts dealer & distributors) in selling high value automotive glass.
  • Acquiring new clients as well as identifying and implementing additional sales potential
  • Responsibility for volume and pricing in the Romanian market based on established objectives
  • Independent management of the sales area, including planning, organizing, and systematically executing visits to clients, decision-makers, and other stakeholders
  • Evaluating complaints on-site and initiating appropriate measures
  • Continuous analysis of sales results for all assigned clients, as well as generating corrective actions and implementing relevant measures agreed upon with the superior
  • Conducting market observations and analysis, contributing to the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets
  • Planning and implementing promotional activities, training sessions, and customer presentations, as well as participating in trade fairs
