We are setting new and challenging goals continuously and in order to achieve them, we are looking for a Sales representative colleague in our Romanian team.

Job Requirements
  • Min. 2 years experience in B2B sales.
  • Good communication skills, native Romanian and good command of English is mandatory.
  • Interest in technology, using Google Apps and screen sharing is not a problem for you.
  • Positive attitude, not afraid of challenges and always looking for solutions.
  • Result oriented, willingness to learn and open to new ideas.

Key responsibilities

  • Acquire 10-12 new customers monthly.
  • Identifying business needs and problems of incoming leads generated by our Marketing and Sales support team.
  • Presenting solutions in MiniCRM through online screen share (demo) to key decision makers.
  • Developing business relationships and selling MiniCRM to SMBs self entrepreneurs.
  • Cooperating with other teams, who support the sales .
  • Administrating tasks and leads in MiniCRM.
  • Reach the monthly and quarterly targets.

  • Fixed salary package + monthly performance based bonuses (both together 900 - 1200 eur NET)
