Job Summary

This job gives you the opportunity to work in a fast-paced Start-Up environment where proactiveness, customer focus and collaboration are key.

You will be the right hand of our Field Sales Representatives and the first one to be in touch with our potential partners.

The B2B relationship will start through your passion, organization and constant collaboration with the Sales team and Management.


● Proven work experience as a Telesales, Research Admin, Customer Agent etc
● Experience within Fitness, Dentists, POS Systems, Horeca, retail is a plus
● MS Office knowledge
● Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships through phone
● Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
● Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills are a must
● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
● Multitasking

● Reach out to business leads through cold calling
● Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to local businesses on the phone
● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
● Achieve agreed upon sales targets and potential partners reach
● Coordinate sales effort with Field Sales team members
● Analyse the territory/market’s potential and plan business meetings that meet the company’s needs
● Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
● Continuously improve through feedback
● Be up to date with what the competition is doing
● Collect feedback from Field Sales and together with Management improve Sales rate success meetings
