2-3 years previous experience building an inside sales team
Proven track record in prospecting and developing a client base
Full sales-cycle experience with a track record of success against quota
Successful experience developing and closing sales on the phone or face to face
Experience selling on a business-to-business basis will be an added advantage
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
Proficient in standard office tools and applications
Multilingualism would be an asset, English is a must
Knowledge of the Event and Conference Organisation market is an asset.
Develop and manage the sales process for our services
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Work closely with prospective clients to understand their marketing objectives and create proposals to meet their needs
Work in a team environment with staff to retain and grow accounts.
Support, through fund raising, the activities of the company (specific conference sales, sponsorship etc)
