In order to support its expansion in Romania we are currently looking for a highly competent leader with a proven track record in automotive sales for the newly established position of a Sales Manager
Responsible for formulating and directing a strategy to ensure sales targets (profit and revenue) are achieved in Romania and develop a dealer network capability to ensure achievement of highest customer satisfaction and maximise the company’s vehicles sales across Romania to achieve the sales targets. Manage stock requirements in line with the business plan objectives, coordinate vehicle allocation and distribution to the dealer network, and provide relevant information to manage the sales operation effectively.
• Participate in the strategic planning of the business by providing department specific information and associated analysis
• Manage the cooperation and communication with business partners / public authorities and/or dealers in the area of responsibility
• Develop annual plan for the area of responsibility (including budget provision) within the agreed strategy and ensure the efficient implementation of the daily business in the area of responsibility
• Manage large strategic functional projects and initiatives with an internal and external focus to support business unit activity
• Select, manage, motivate and develop a team of individuals and/or manage external consultants
