Candidate Profile
  • University Degree (Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Management, Public Relations or equivalent – advantage)
  • Experience in hospitality / tourism on similar roles - advantage
  • Computer operating skills (word, excel, e-mail)
  • Advanced skills in English – written, speaking, reading
  • Excellent communication skills, elegance and professionalism
  • Impeccable look, speech & positive attitude
  • Excellent organizing and planning skills
  • Visual memory and attention to detail
  • High ethical standards
  • Ability to adapt to ever-changing guest needs and dynamic event schedules;

Descrierea jobului

General Responsabilities
  • Promotes, presents and assures the sales of services specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Assures the continuity of existing partnerships and strives to obtain new ones
  • Prepares sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders);
  • Closely monitors industry trends and proposes ways to enhance the quality of services / volume of sales.
  • Collects, summarizes and transmits the necessary information for groups / events to other departments
  • Collaborates with the other departments of the hotel for seamless completion of the services contracted by partners
  • Resolves any complaint signaled by the partners, in a professional and elegant manner, according to the 5* services the company provides.
  • Represents the hotel at industry events / meetings with partners when needed.
  • Is deeply familiar with the hotel’s facilities in order to provide personalized recommendations that best suit our partner’s needs.
  • Serves as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
