University degree, preferably in Economics, Finance
Experience: min. 2 years experience in similar position;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Excel advanced level;

• Working by the G2N project and other Trade Terms and sales projects
• Creating and implementing pre- and post- evaluation tools for promotion activities
• Preparing price/TPR/Process Corridors matrix and supporting Customer Marketing team in the matter
• Creating sales volume planning tools from Gross and NTR to C1
• Building budget plan for clients and channels dedicated to specific brands in the process of Budget Planning and its quarterly revisions (LE)
• Splitting budget plan per client and per channel
• Analyzing profitability in the scope of brand/client/channel
• Planning and controlling of budget effectiveness per client
• Monitoring budgets and planning Customer Marketing budgets – supporting Brand Controlling
• Preparing monthly sales reports for the Sales Director
• Supporting Brand Controlling in managing and controlling internal expenditures, testers distribution, etc.
• Preparing monthly TPR, Returns and Discounts reports
• Participating in channel strategy planning
• Preparing financial materials for annual negotiations with client
• Supervising compliance of company activities with internal procedures and policies (policy of incurring obligations, buying policy, SOX, audit recommendations) and law
• Building Budget Plan for channels and clients and Brand – monthly (Planning Base)
• Monitoring execution of trade terms budgets – verifying planned turnover and comparing it with actual level per client
• Supporting Finance Controlling team in planning and monitoring fixed costs budgets
• Monitoring profit goals for clients/Brand
• Supporting KAM and RSM in profit forecasting process
• Financial analysis of category in regards to profitability of clients and vendors and analyzing competition
• Helping by creating distribution budget and pricing policy and discounts
• Clearing R4 per channel, region and client
• Monitoring expenses per client Wholesale and Retail trade
• Setting trade terms in TT Retail channel. Managing contracts and supervising correct terms for the signing.
• Clearing retrospective discounts in TT channel in compliance with signed contracts.
• Preparing interactive Client P&L (CY 2015; 2016; 2017; 2018; 2019; 2020; 2021 itd.) – training and supervising KAM and RSM
• Verifying price list in regards to updating Floor Price. Setting prices in TOP40 program and in e-commerce channel.
• Delivering BP needed information and monitoring trade terms used in created tools
