- Initiate outbound calls to customers who signed up for trial calling plans and promote our products function of their calling needs with the goal to convert them to paying customers.
- Prospect referrals from existing customers’ recommendations and expand the customer base through referral networks.
- Manage company’s Facebook account in such way to attract potential customers and engage them into signing up for using our international calling service.
- Record outbound call history and customers feedback in detail.
- Build long term business relationships with key customer contacts.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Handle customer needs and requirements (over the phone, email or social networks).
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues with support from technical and Management team.
- Create and manage email campaigns to promote Zaheen Telecom products to potential customers/end users
- Report weekly sales and objectives to the department Manager.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and propose selling strategies for own products or services.
- Meet established productivity goals: sales, call handling time, records accuracy
- Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases
- Base salary + Performance bonus
- Working schedule: 8h/day (Monday to Friday);
