• Gather and summarize pricing data and competitive market info
• Looking for alternative, juxtaposed goods, in order to develop a professional offer or areas of new business, so bringing clients’ extra rates
• Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager, to fulfill the areal affiliated target
• Find and manage sales potential, for cross-sell and sell-up. Identify and execute on opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell
• Collaborate with the inside sales team on all prices quotations and requests.
• Teamwork and efficient colleagues communication on the job
• Very good assimilation of the company’s products, in order to assist and consult clients in their purchasing needs.
• Creating and increasing business reports, continuously adding committed clients.
• Direct a steady distribution network
• Ability to work both independently and as a productive member of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, professional image
• Strong Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of building materials and construction industry is preferred but can be taught
• Confident, self-motivated, outgoing, organized, with desire to work in a highly entrepreneurial, dynamic organization
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 3-5 years sales experience is preferred, but to have a proactive attitude, and the desire to do the job is paramount.
• Very important aspects: the ability of self-managing and the reporting towards the management.

• Abilities in communication (with clients, with the team and with the management). Dealing with numbers, fast-pace environment
• There will be driving hours, or working from a distance, within up to 170 km away
• The job requires office hours as well, so there should be a ratio of 1:5 between the working hours versus on the construction sites
• Being able to receive and analyze sales figures and indicators
• Must be able to quickly turn the conversations into achievement, and communicate solutions if problems appear
• Being good at stress managing, proactive tasks solving, multiple choice reaction, understanding the client’s needs, desires and the proper way of approach
• Being able to set up own goals and succeed in overgoing
