Romanian / Turkish / Bulgarian / Arabic Account Manager – Midlands - England

To £20k basic plus bonus - OTE £50,000

One of our clients based in UK is looking for Romanian/Turkish/Bulgarian/Arabic Account Manager to live and work in UK. Our client is a world-class international property company specialising in marketing 5-star holiday Resorts and Hotels. They have strategic partnerships with some of the world's leading hotel and tour operators. Resort development funding is secured from various revenue streams including the pre-sales of new build luxury properties, which is the mainstay of their business operation.

They are looking to strengthen their head office team with the appointment of a UK based account manager, to identify, develop and grow their activities in the key regions of Romania, Bulgaria & Turkey. You need to be fluent in Romanian or Turkish, as you will be dealing with clients based abroad. Working directly with thier UK support team and reporting to the Head of Account Management, you will prospect, pitch and develop new business opportunities to grow thier network of key partners in new targeted channels whilst supporting the regions Regional Director. The role is UK based, but there may be some European travel required.

Responsibilities will include:

Sales

Assisting the Regional Director to achieve or over-achieve against monthly targets including revenue, contact targets and conversion.
Manage and communicate progress via accurate and timely reporting on thier CRM system.

Agent Support

Making appointments for the Regional Director with new partners (agents) who will market and sell the available properties
Bringing these new partners on board, training them and motivating them to achieve sales targets
Maintaining relationships and ongoing supporting these partners to maximise sales opportunities

Events

Arranging various events in-country such as open-invitation presentation events where agents, re-sellers and investors are invited to attend.
Book the hotel venues, arrange the refreshments, book presentation media.
Manage the invitations to ensure attendees are at the maximum level
Assist in arranging flights, hotels, other travel arrangements for UK staff attending the event.

General Skills
