Robot Simulation Engineer
•Successfully completed training as a technical product designer with experience in robot simulation or a university degree in mechanical engineering;
•You have several years work experience as a robot simulation technician ideally from the automotive welding and assembly lines or the automotive (supply) industry;
•You have advanced knowledge in MS Office, Process Simulation and Robotics V5;
•You have basic knowledge in Catia V5 and NX;
•You have good German and English skills;
•You enjoy occasional business trips.
•You create robot and other process simulations in compliance with all project-specific and safety requirements;
•You carry out agreement and acceptance of simulation results internally and with the customer;
•You analyze the process flows (e.g. welding, bonding, handling, etc.), as well as the reachability and accessibility;
•You create kinematics for assemblies and components;
•You prepare the simulation model for offline programming;
•You import and convert data;
•You create and maintain in-project documentation and data;
•You support your team manager/project engineering manager.
