Work in the tech industry
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, including product advice, order support,
Technical troubleshooting, and limited sales
Process and manage warranty claims via phone and email
Accurately log call-related data into our systems
Collaborate with overseas teams to enhance product development, customer
Guidance, and service quality
Essential Requirements:
Advanced German - written and spoken
Good level of English language
This is a work from office position in Bucharest.
