Activities going to help you shine:

• Making recommendations to mitigate financial risks (i.e. preparing analyzes and proposals regarding Risk Management policy, hedging instruments, solutions, and hedging strategies);
• Forecasting and monitoring market trends (exchange rates, commodities prices, interest rates);
• Presenting ideas via reports/presentations, outlining findings, and making recommendations for improvements;
• Reports the results of several hedge transactions on a daily/monthly/quarterly basis;
• Analyzing market positions and running figures through complex modeling techniques to find value at risk (VAR) measurements;
• Conducting research to assess the severity of risks;
• Conducting statistical analysis to evaluate risk using statistical software;
• Carrying out quantitative analysis;
• Provide consulting and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, and specific rules, approved by Group;
• Calculates, monitors and consolidates the Group Net Monetary position on a monthly and daily basis;
• Working with traders to calculate the risk associated with specific transactions;
• Reviewing legal documents.

The fuel needed to go further with us:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in the finance area, risk management, or complementary activity would be a big advantage (i.e. capital markets, investment sector);
• Derivative instruments knowledge (Futures, Forwards, Swaps, Options);
• Ability to use and process databases, to develop reports and statistics; use mathematical tools and quantitative analytics in order to assess hedge portfolios;
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software;
• CFA/FRM candidates would be considered a plus;
• Attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) are mandatory, Russian would be considered as a plus.
