• Cunostinte desen tehnic si tolerante dimensionale;
• Cunoştinţe avansate operare PC: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio;
• Cunostinte de Limba Engleza – nivel avansat.

• Optimizarea, standardizarea si eficientizarea proceselor de productie in vederea atingerii obiectivelor departamentului si termenelor de executie stabilite;
• Conduce diverse proiecte de îmbunătățire prin utilizarea knowhow în LEAN și Six Sigma (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, Visual Management, RCCA, etc.);
  Participarea la organizarea fluxurilor de producție continue pentru activități cheie;
• Demarează, organizează și coordonează proiecte menite să susțină fluxul de valoare în organizație;
• Asigură, prin acțiunile luate și metodologia aplicată, diminuarea sau eliminarea pierderilor rezultate din procesul de producție al organizatiei;
• Coordonează și participă la menținerea sistemelor de organizare (5S, Lean, Muda) se implică activ și generează programe de susținere a acestora.
