Key Skills
• Fluency in English and German required
• Pre-sales experience is a plus
• Relevant tertiary qualification preferred ( eg. ITIL )
• Proven Service Management or Coordinator experience and knowledge of project management
• Understanding of the principles and frameworks of successful project management from a support perspective
• Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
• Understanding of project delivery and acceptance processes within a fast-paced business environment

Description
• Managing the end-to-end RFS (Request for Service) process from proposal evaluation and calculation, creating a statement of works and submitting proposals through to implementation as project manager, managing and tracking RFS/project through processing client requests,.
• Support RFS revenue and GP targets, showing week on week progression, including Forecasting, Cadence reports as well as chairing weekly customer calls
• Working alongside key stakeholders to execute account growth strategies
• Be the customer focal point for RFS and project management
• Demonstrate pre-sales focus and ownership for RFS from initial discussions with the client to evaluating the success of the projects consisting of:
- initial discussions with the client
- obtaining a technical solution
- proposal / SOW / RFS creation
- managing client & Kyndryl signatures/order
- ownership of the customer satisfaction for the proposal
- coordination of the corresponding implementation project incl. project closure
- Managing scope changes via the project change request
- Creation of project plans incl. progress tracking
- Managing customer meetings
• Proactively improve the business controls posture for your contract, ensuring audit compliance.
• Responsible for year-to-year improvement in RFS Customer Satisfaction (NPS).
• Drive client growth and customer relationships management by meeting customer need to deliver client satisfaction.
• Constantly reviewing the RFS process to identify bottlenecks and make improvements.
• Supports pre-sales or post-sales administrative activities with contracts, proposals, orders. This requires cooperative collaboration with the sales team and other supporting departments and functions (e.g. Procurement, Pricing, Legal, Billing, etc.), with the objective to turn business opportunities into orders and then cash in a timely and accurate manner.
